Placing the Order

Simply send me an E-mail with the
following information:

Name
Address
Phone

For each item:

• Item number
  
• Description
  
• Price

The order MUST include
6% Indiana tax and a 
12% Shipping & Handling Charge.

Just total the order and e-mail me. You can 
pay by clicking the PayPal link on my home page.

Where it says 
Payment for 
please type in your name. 


The order will be processed within 24 hours
and shipped to me. I will then ship it to 
you within 24 hours of my receiving it.
